The renovation was a huge undertaking requiring roof & structural repairs, rewiring, insulation, plumbing, the creation of an internal access garage, and the seamless restoration of the original windows. The care and attention to detail displayed by David and his team was recognised in becoming a National finalist in the Master Builders awards.
